[News] 100103 TVXQ Japan Contract will Expire in June… Afterthat?
AVEX official gave an official stand related to the chaotic/confusion among TVXQ fans both in Korea and Japan which has been happening after the article about TVXQ already stepped on disbanding procedure was released by Japanese newspapers.
On the 3rd, Nikkan Sports Japan quoted Japanese official from AVEX company, “The policy of TVXQ to work as five members doesn’t yet to change.”
However, as been informed, TVXQ contract with their Japan company AVEX will expire in June. If the contract is not extended from now on, whether TVXQ can continue activities in Japan, it won’t be yet secured.
Currently TVXQ Changmin and Yunho still remain under SM Entertainment while the rest members Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu have left expanding their each individual activities.
Just sometime ago, in Japan TVXQ attended NHK’s year-end award festival Kouhaku Uta Gassen as five members for the first time, however the three members, whose provisional disposition application to terminate exclusive contract against SM Entertainment was accepted by the Korea court as the issue of court injunction, seem to be more passionate in the performance and there was an unseen tense and emotional conflict with the remaining two members that makes the current situation is impossible to predict.
The problem now is whether SM will extend the contract of the 3 members with AVEX after June. The fact that currently TVXQ is at their peak of popularity in Japan is something that can not be ignored under any condition especially in relation to revenue circumstances.
TVXQ is now in a situation of an attempt to reach into final decision amicably to be able to work together in a long-term in Japan.

Han Geng's Termination of Contract Leads To Fragmentation of SJM - Hunan TV Rejects New SM Group
The disturbance caused by Han Geng’s lawsuit is yet unresolved, but the company will not give up any chance at money-making, putting Henry and Zhang Liyin into a temporary group for performances.
Yesterday, a reporter learned from the source of a local performance that because of Han Geng’s contract termination, the constantly acting together SJM is now faced with disintegration, with member Henry and company colleague Zhang Liyin being put into a temporary group for performances. For thirty days, they will be performing together in Dongguan, pulling invitation prices of no more than 50000 RMB.
Hunan TV also confirms this – being affected by the termination of contract, SJM may still appear in the New Year’s show as a “battered formation”.

SJM was originally scheduled to perform live as a group at Dongguan on the 30th, but a reporter failed to see SJM on the night’s performance list, instead seeing the group of Henry and Zhang Liyin performing “Love Me”. Before this, no SJM member had ever performed without the other members. As leaked by a staff member of Guangdong TV, they suddenly received an urgent message from SM company on the 21st, expressing that SJM is unable to perform as a group due to “internal problems”, and raised the idea of replacing SJM with the new group of Henry and Zhang Liyin. The anonymous staffer said, “Only after that did we learn from SM’s Chinese division that the reason for SJM’s inability to show up was Han Geng’s termination of contract lawsuit. The company is currently trying to negotiate with Han Geng – in this time where Han Geng is trying to leave the company, SJM’s members will temporarily disband, while both Chinese citizens Henry and Zhang Liyin are turned into a new group to deal with the difficulties of maintaining performances.”

[Hunan TV Rejects The New Group]
SJM had one remaining last performance of the year, namely at Hunan TV’s New Year’s Gala. Yesterday, reporters learned from a staff member at Hunan TV that to get the entirety of SJM to perform is now very difficult: “SM says that until Han Geng’s contract dispute is over, they will not be able to send the entire group to perform. They brought up the idea of having Henry and Zhang Liyin perform in SJM’s stead; of course, we didn’t agree, because what the audience wants to see is Han Geng, and we won’t give up trying (to get him) until the last minute.”

[NEWS] LEE MIN WOO's Injuries are much more serious!
Earlier today AllKpop reported this
"Minwoo of Shinhwa has suffered injuries from a car accident and is currently hospitalized, according to an acquaintance on 1st January 2010, although the accident happened before Christmas in 2009.
The car he was in, driven by a friend, slipped on icy road and fell 5 meters off of a cliff on the Christmas eve at a ski resort. Minwoo sprained his neck, waist and ankles and is also showing symptoms of concussion and has been hospitalized since the accident with no news on when he will be completely cured. It is lucky that he suffered relatively minor injuries, as the Audi he was in was completely destroyed and others in the car received much more serious injuries such as broken spine and ribs.
At this time, it is very unlikely that he will be able to attend his concert scheduled on 16th and 17th of this month, according to the acquiantance. [NEWS] Tiger JK rants on racist comments about his son
Tiger JK had brought his son, Jordan, on stage at Yu Hui Yeol's Sketchbook on 2nd January.
His 21 month old baby came on stage and Tiger JK talked a little about how his son is featuring in his album.
At one point, Tiger JK put the mic in Jordan's mouth and made the audience laugh.
Tiger JK also said, "I don't want him to go in that direction," when Yu Hui Yeol talked about his talent in hip hop.
The drama started after the cameras stopped rolling. Tiger JK read some racist comments on articles about his son's appearance and became furious. If you didn't know, Tiger JK is married to Yoon Mirae who is of African American descent.
He started to rant on his Twitter about the racist comments.
His tweets said,
"can't be liked by everybody i know, there's an article about Jordan, and some of them relpys make me sick,,,,talkin about race,"
"talki bout his hair being nappy and he looks black, they prolly like 12, prolly yong kidz but hopefully they learn"

Though I didn't see these comments made by netizens myself, from what Tiger JK is saying, I'm disgusted as well. How could anyone say those kind of things about a child? You shouldn't use racist words in general but to a baby? Seriously?
Tablo of Epik High replied to Tiger JK saying, "This world doesn't make sense and it has so many bad people. Your child is beautiful!"
At this point, I don't think it's racism that is the problem. It seems like these netizens are the real problem. They should seriously listen to this.
